Shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $10 for most products.
The following products qualify for free shipping, regardless of your total order value or quantity ordered:
Any other product (not mentioned above) will attract the flat shipping rate of $10. If your total order is valued at $100 or more in any combination of products, you will have the option to select "Free Shipping" at checkout, in which case, you will not be charged the $10 flat rate for shipping at all.
We aim to ship goods within one business day of cleared payment, and will notify you once your goods have been shipped.
Returns are accepted (excludes duck calls) at the buyers expense, and a refund or exchange will be offered if the products are deemed to be defective or faulty.
